Presenting the model of organizational virtue with an emphasis on spiritual care (Cae study : Islamic azad university HQ )

Abstract :
The aim of the research: The present research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of organizational virtue with an emphasis on spiritual self-care (case study: Central Organization of Islamic Azad University (. Research method: The research method is mixed, in the qualitative part of the theme analysis and in the quantitative part, the descriptive-survey method was used. The data collection method is library and field. The tools of data collection are questionnaires and interviews. The statistical population is the central organization of Islamic Azad University. The sample size in the qualitative section was 13 university experts and random sampling was selected in the quantitative section. Simple, which was selected as the sample size by using the coefficients of Morgan's table with the number of 310 people. Findings: Research findings using the Brown and Clark method indicate 147 basic themes, 59 organizing themes and 10 overarching themes including organizational justice, organizational loyalty, organizational compassion, job commitment, organizational trust, organizational optimism, organizational ethics, and organizational culture. It was organizational generosity and spiritual self-care. The designed model was analyzed using structural equation modeling method and Smart pls version 3 and SPSS version 23 software. Conclusion: The results of Friedman's test showed that organizational generosity has the highest priority and organizational justice has the lowest priority. Based on this, the central organization of Islamic Azad University should pay attention to the listed components in order to have organizational virtue and spiritual self-care.
