Abstract :
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between employee job fit and its impact on organizational performance improvement. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of Islamic Azad University of Bojnourd with 130 persons selected by census method. Library and field methods were used for data collection. Data were collected using job-occupation fit and employee performance improvement questionnaires. A score of 0 indicates high reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics (frequency distribution, graph plotting and mean and median concentration indices) were used for data analysis, and Structural Equation Method (SEM) using LISREL version 8.8 was used to analyze and analyze the research hypotheses. The results of the structural model showed that the relationship between job knowledge, job skills and job ability of the staff and the knowledge required to perform the job had a positive and significant effect on improving organizational performance at the staff level of Islamic Azad University of Bojnourd. Hence, as employee-to-employee proportion increases, employee performance also improves. Since doing a job in the form of a job is conceived and understood, the characteristics of a job need to be measured and taken into account, the job and its stages should be well understood and job analysis taken into account. , Designed the next step for the job, and put people fit for each job into the necessary positions and jobs.
