Explanation and Adaptation of the Philosophical Ideas of Augustine and Sohrevardi and its Implications in the Field of Education

Abstract :
This study has been done in order to explain and adapt Sohrevardi's educational views. To achieve this goal, after extensive studies of available printed and electronic sources, data analysis has been done by applying a comparative categorization system and the findings have been formed in the form of core categories based on the intended goals. The current research has compared the similar and opposite points of view of these two thinkers from the point of view of philosophical principles and foundations as well as educational methods. In this research, we have used two structured matrices to organize the information. By using a structured categorization matrix, all the data were reviewed and included in related subcategories, which was done at the same time as the data review process. To ensure the accuracy of the categorization process, all the desired text is reviewed and its key points are categorized by referring to the text, then the components of the text that do not conflict with the desired matrix are created to create new categories that existed in the specific text and before
