Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to design a local school evaluation model based on the effective components of top schools and its accreditation. The exploratory research method (qualitative-quantitative) has been considered in the qualitative part with the Delphi technique approach and in the quantitative part descriptive-survey. The participants of the present research in the qualitative part are academic staff members - senior experts and experts of the education staff and experts of Tehran province, which was conducted based on the theoretical ghost law with 14 people, and in the quantitative part, principals of non-government schools (top schools) in Tehran, whose number was 540 people. 190 people were selected as a statistical sample. The data collection tool was semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and the researcher made a questionnaire in the quantitative part. The research questionnaire includes 6 main components and 21 sub-components and 89 items, which are set based on the five-option Likert scale. The method of data analysis was selected in the quantitative part of confirmatory factor analytical tests using AMOS software. The results indicate that in the local evaluation model of the top schools, the components of planning-evaluation-education-management-facilities and the social cultural area were verified
