Investigating the impact of expanding quantum leadership on entrepreneurship with the mediating role of coaching

Abstract :
The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of developing quantum leadership on entrepreneurship with the mediating role of the coaching domain in the Zayandeh Rood Civil Engineering Organization.
Research method: This study is descriptive-correlational and its statistical population includes all managers and employees of the Zayandeh Rood Civil Engineering Organization in 1403 (N=216). The sample size of the study was calculated using the Cochran method as 138 people and simple random sampling method was used to select the sample. The measurement tools included three quantum management questionnaires taken from Azimi and Razavi (2014), a coaching questionnaire taken from Park et al. (2008) and an entrepreneurship questionnaire taken from Walker et al. (2004). Cronbach's alpha values for all variables were above 0.7, indicating the proportional reliability of the variables. SPSS26 software was used for data analysis and 3PLS Smart software was used for structural equation modeling and path analysis.
Findings: Analysis of the results showed that quantum management has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship. The results also supported the effect of quantum management on coaching.
Conclusion: Quantum management should be proposed as a new approach to entrepreneurship in organizations. This approach uses the principles of quantum mechanics to improve processes, create innovation, and manage change.
