Abstract :
With the advancement of educational technologies, the customer experience in the academic system has undergone a transformation. This study aims to compare the customer experience in three educational methods: traditional, online, and blended learning. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design on 62 students from the Islamic Azad University in Tehran Province. The students were divided into two groups of 31: the first group initially experienced online learning followed by face-to-face instruction, while the second group only received traditional education. The groups were then switched, and their experience and satisfaction with each method were assessed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. The findings revealed significant differences in customer experience among the three methods, with the blended approach yielding the highest levels of satisfaction and efficiency. Moreover, this method improved learning quality and increased student engagement. The results indicate that combining face-to-face and online learning can enhance the customer experience in the academic system. Therefore, it is recommended that universities, especially the Islamic Azad University, adopt the blended learning approach to improve educational quality, increase student satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. This approach can serve as a catalyst for positive transformation in higher education.
