        Today,organizations can overcome witha few creative andentrepreneurspeople and entrepreneurial projectsona flexibleand innovative competitors, Soto overcome theproblems andthreats that organizations realize today whit them,only one solution is good, it iscreate context ofentrepreneurial cultureinthe organization.The purpose ofthispaper is to examinethe relationship between organizational culture whitdesire to entrepreneurial, inZarghans company, This research is descriptive- correlational.The population of thisstudy is employees(LoabiranZarghan) Regardless ofthe manufacturing sector (N=107) We usesimple random sampling(n= 86)whowas chosen by Morgan table.We use two standard questionnaires one of them is entrepreneurship with 95 questions and and other, corporate culturewith26 questions   .Todetermine thereliability of this questionnaire, we usedCronbach's alphaand by83% and 66% were approved.For dataanalysis, we used the Pearson correlation coefficient   .The resultssuggest, there is between organizational culture and some component of desire to entrepreneurship(Moderate risk, locus of control, clearnessof thought,pragmaticand dream)Significantpositive correlation,with component to lerance of ambiguity, there is a significant negative relationshipThe results show: thecorporate culturewithsome of components tend to entrepreneurial(Need for achievement and challenging)There is no Relationship.             Present study aims to pathology of the Iranian Public organizations for establishment of management succession planning. This study has a pluralistic strategy (qualitative-quantitative) and applicable and a survey method.  To this end, after conducting an exploratory study, 12 factors were identified related to succession planning establishment. After confirmation of these factors by relevant experts using Delphi technique, a sample of 384 managers from four Iranian public organizations were chosen for the pathology based on cluster sampling technique via a researcher-made questionnaire . The validity of instrument has been confirmed by content and structural method and it's credibility was confirmed by cronbachen alpha.     Study and analysis of survey data based on confirmatory factor analysis showed that 12 factors mentioned above were appropriate for evaluation of succession planning establishment. As t-test data analysis for pathology of existing situation of the sample organizations showed, the Iranian public organizations were not of adequate readiness for implementation of succession planning process.         The root of management is outcome by two fundamental vicissitude:Downsizing and technology development. Personnel carry their knowledge and experiences in which learnt along the years by leave the firms. Nowadays organizations know that they miss all of worthy information and experiences because of this event and want to immune against this mistake and do not repeat it again. They force knowledge management to keep knowledge workers in order to ensure future of their life. By consider of this issue we proceed management of knowledge (as independent variable) to downsizing strategy (as dependent variables) in POOYESH BARGH COMPANY. 12 hypothesis are codified by blending new methods. This research is done in base of practical goals and related to survey descriptive research. Our participants are 150 persons. This society is decreased to 102 persons by KOKRAN Method. We use SPSS software so as to interpretate data. By consider of the result and amount of P, we can say that knowledge management just influenced transmission knowledge and it does not any influenced any other aspects. So in this research main hypothesis does not confirm, but according to amount of P and correlational coefficient each of secondary hypothesis is confirmed separately. Manuscript profile

        Human resources without knowledge and skill are not able to perform organizational tasks. Provision for playing role or job need time and specialized education. So, to increasing quality of these courses, identifying deficiencies are important. This study aimed to identify and prioritize the deficiencies of staff training in Tehran Tax Office in 2015. This research is a descriptive research. In this study, two types of questionnaires are utilized to identify deficiencies and analytic hierarchical process (AHP) was used to prioritize them. For this purpose, the opinions of 12 experts in staff education had used. The results show that the greatest deficiency is in the implementation of education courses. The deficiency of the need assessment stage, inadequate attention to the views of employees and managers about education needs related to their jobs with the importance to 0.423 weight is a high priority. The deficiency of the planning stage, insufficient commitment to education of human resources in an organization that is a high priority with 0.432 weight. In the implementation phase deficiencies, poor fit between education methods and learning objectives with 0.242 weight is very important. In evaluation of educational programs, the uncertainty of the outcomes of education staff due to lack of proper education evaluation with 0.465 weight is important. Manuscript profile

        Rating system organizations is done as the empowerment of the Human resource National Conference of Iran. The lack of transparency of the rating agencies, the possibility of assessing the impact of personal opinion, need to copy and use the experience of successful organizations, existing gaps in the ranking model. In this study, the sub-main criteria and application of the model have been introduced. Then the evaluation process and criteria used ADLI discussed the results of LeTCI has been done. On the basis of the questionnaire was designed by using gray theory rating two levels on each of the main criteria and ranked based on the total level and finally the total points were done. As a result, the improving of the ranking model was determined by using the gray theory and the strengths and weaknesses of each model were identified in each of the criteria. Manuscript profile
