Abstract :
Abstract The purpose of this research is to design the model of human resource agility in the Tax Affairs Organization based on the government's agility policies with a case study of the Tax Affairs Organization of Iran. Methodology: The research method was carried out according to the practical purpose and according to the mixed data collection method. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes 20 experts, including professors, human resources experts, and senior managers of the human resources department, and in the quantitative section, it includes senior and middle managers of the country's tax affairs organization in 1401, of which a sample consists of 376 people. Selected. Data collection tools include interviews (qualitative part) and questionnaires (quantitative part). Data analysis in the qualitative part of theme analysis and Max Kyoda software and in the quantitative part of the partial least squares technique and SmartPL software. S is used. Findings: In the qualitative part, 69 sub-themes were identified and according to their similarity, 13 main themes were identified. Conclusion: The results showed that all research hypotheses are confirmed and the model has a good fit. Key words: agile policies, human resources, tax organizations, embargo
