Abstract :

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to formulate a causal innovation model based on the knowledge of the dimensions of electronic citizen with the role of computer and creative self-efficacy in junior middle school teachers in Kermanshah city.Method: This study is a descriptive-correlational one with regard to its purpose and its implementation. The statistical population of this study is the approximate number of junior high school teachers in Kermanshah in the academic year 2021-2022, which by stratified random sampling (by gender), 275 people per Selected based on Morgan table.The instruments study used were the digital citizenship questionnaire of Al-Dosari et al (2020), Kanter innovative behavior (1988), Beghtto creative self-efficacy (2006) and Murphy et al (1989) computer self-efficacy. Results: the results of data analysis using Pearson correlation and structural equation tests showed that dimensions of digital citizenship have a direct effect on work innovation, computer and creative self-efficacy. Also, computer and creative self-efficacy have a direct effect on business innovation. The indirect effect of the digital citizenship dimension with the mediating role of computer and creative self-efficacy on business innovation is significant. Overall, the conceptual model of digital citizenship dimensions fits business innovation with the mediating role of computer and creative self-efficacy with the experimental model. Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it is suggested that education officials provide the necessary facilities and conditions in relation to raising the level of teachers' awareness of the dimensions of e-citizenship and their creative and computer self-efficacy, their areas of work innovation in the ICT.
