        The purpose of the current research is to identify the dimensions and components of virtual education that leads to educational justice, the research is qualitative and data-based. The statistical sample includes 15 education officials who were selected by the snowball method. The results of the analysis of the data from the coding of the interviews using Atlasti software showed that virtual education based on educational justice includes 10 dimensions (structural, process, managerial, contextual, individual and family, cultural, economic, social , political and transnational). Therefore, according to the results of the research, it is necessary to carry out practical, extensive and comparative studies in the field of how to promote and establish educational justice in teaching-learning environments. Also, the strengthening of education should be viewed as a public benefit, because the same and equal education can be a refuge from injustices and the growth and development of the country's intellectual capital, and the combination of virtual education and educational justice will improve the quality of learning in accordance with Characteristics of people.
