The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of organizational culture on improving organizational citizenship behavior among employees of the judiciary in Fars province. The present study is correlational in nature and descriptive method and applied in terms of purpose and has been conducted as a survey. The statistical population of the study was all employees of the judiciary in Fars province (300 people) in 1400. Of these, 251 (83.66%) participated in this study. In order to collect data, Denison Organizational Culture Questionnaire (2000) with reliability (α = 0.959) and Organ and Kanofsky (1996) Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire with reliability (α = 0.714) were used. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data. And inferential (including Spearman correlation and multivariate regression tests, path analysis) and structural equation modeling method was used to present the model. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (0.01). The results of multivariate linear regression also showed that among the dimensions of organizational culture, participatory order (β = 0.41) and flexibility (β = 0.31) are the most important predictors of organizational citizenship (0.01). The results also showed that there is no significant relationship between mission culture as one of the dimensions of organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior. As a result, the managers of justice can improve and increase the incidence of organizational citizenship behaviors by the employees of this organization by creating desirable effects in the organizational culture.
