        Since religion is of special importance in human life as a significant source of human behavior, it has been able to attract the attention of many scientists in various fields as one of the fundamental factors of development and extensive research on it. Will happen. The accumulation of religious awareness, beliefs and knowledge in individuals creates a capacity that is referred to as religious capital.Considering that in Iran, the system of the Islamic Republic has been formed on the basis of religious values ​​(Islam-Shiite) and with the aim of achieving Islamic civilization. In fact, it seeks to create and strengthen religious capital in society.Looking at the performance of Iran over the past four decades, we have seen the growth and decline of this capital in various fields, which indicates the existence of issues that need to be scientifically researched. The main problem of this research is to provide a model for promoting religious capital in Iran according to local and cultural conditions.This research is based on a systematic review of the research literature and the obtained data, through interviews with 20 experts, thinkers in the field of religion, academic experts and cultural executives in different categories, using snowball method and identification and extraction 286 The initial code is presented in the form of 65 concepts and 28 categories, using the Foundation's data method in the form of a paradigmatic model of promoting religious capital in Iran, including causal, intervening, contextual, strategies, and consequences.         The aim of the current applied, descriptive and correlational study was to investigate effected factors on enhancement of cultural identity of youth in Eilam. The research population comprised 1750 employees in cultural organizations in Eilam out of whom a sample 315 was randomly selected, based on Morgan Table, to participate in the study. The research data were collected using a researcher-made five-point level Likert scale questionnaire comprising 4 factors and 44 items tapping the participants’ responses were. Therefore, 350 questionnaires were distributed among members of the target population. Having distributed and collected the questionnaires, we analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Descriptively, features like absolute and relative frequency, mean, standard deviation and variance of background and main variables were estimated. Inferentially, correlational tests, multiple regression and spirman used indicated that cultural heritage, religious heritage, political heritage and historical heritage had a significant effect on Quality of Guestcarees services at 4 Stars hotels in Iran.         This study discussed the Designing and presenting an accreditation model for creative cultural industries. This research was an applied study of the purpose and methodologically as qualitative methods. After analyzing the data, 27 components of 621 concept codes were obtained and then classified at six dimensions including, home business, culture making of women job involvement, job culture enhancement, neighborhood identity enhancement, Neighborhood oriented approach in urban Management,empowerment of women. In the second study, the sample size was estimated as 344 people based on Cochran formula and after data collection, the statistical analysis of survey data was performed in two descriptive levels using statistical parameters (such as frequency, percentage, elongation, mean) and inferential statistics (Levin test, t-test), confirmatory factor analysis using Spss 22, Lisrel8.54 and Excel. Significant coefficients and parameters of factors, home business, culture making of women job involvement, job culture enhancement, neighborhood identity enhancement, Neighborhood oriented approach in urban Management, empowerment of women.showed that all of the coefficients obtained are significant. The results of principal component analysis showed that among the dimensions of the home business development in Tehran, the empowerment of women has the greatest impact (0/89).and the job culture enhancement has the latest impact in the home business development in Tehran (0/67). and the respondents are not satisfied with all other components of questions and they express negative opinions and all components in the Cultural model for home business development in Tehran are enjoyed of high functionality.         Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of correlation between personality, morale and generational dependence of employees on performance in the workplace.Methodology: Quantitative research method and analysis of results have been done using multiple regression. The study sample includes 120 human resources experts from a government organization. To measure employee morale from the standard staff morale scale (EMS) questionnaire, to measure personality from the standard questionnaire (HEXACO), to measure employee performance from the standard questionnaire (JOBS) and to show the generation dependence of each year of birth One of the participants was used.Results: The results of the analysis of 8 research hypotheses showed that 4 hypotheses were confirmed and 4 were rejected: three dimensions of extraversion, adaptation and acceptance of new experiences of personality traits and employee morale with a significant relationship with job performance and three dimensions of honesty There is no significant relationship between humility, emotionality, conscientiousness and generational dependence on task performance.Discussion: According to these findings and conclusions of the research, it is suggested that further study on variables, especially mood and its effect on task performance, be considered in the workplace.
