Abstract :

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of absorptive capacity on the innovation strategy and organizational performance of the South Aluminum Industries Complex with the role of mediating open innovation activities, which was collected with a quantitative approach and using the survey method and questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the research includes all the employees of South Aluminum Industries Complex (SALCO) in the number of 2300 people, of which 340 people were investigated as a statistical sample using the stratified random sampling method. In order to analyze the research data, structural equation modeling method and Smart PLS software were used. The results show that absorptive capacity has a positive and significant effect on innovation strategy and organizational performance due to the mediating role of open innovation activities. Also, the examination of model fit indices indicates that the model used in the research has an acceptable fit..
