Abstract :
Introduction and purpose: Today, the use of neuroscience in leadership is a new topic that has found a special place in organizations to transform and improve management and leadership processes. This research was conducted to design a neuro-based leadership model in education organizations.
Methodology: The Research, It is applied and exploratory in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method. Meta-synthesis and Delphi technique with questionnaire and fuzzy Delphi were used to analyze the information in this research. In the first qualitative stage, written and electronic sources were meta-synthesized with the 8 steps of Xiao and Watson and the initial model was extracted. In the second stage, 15 people from the target population were purposefully selected to form the Delphi group; and by using the Delphi and fuzzy Delphi processes and applying the necessary amendments, the dimensions, components, and important indicators were approved and reached theoretical consensus among experts.
Findings: For the neural leadership model in the education organization, 5 dimensions were identified and confirmed, including 11 organizational dimensions, 13 cognitive competencies, 16 managerial dimensions, 19 leadership dimensions, and 6 neural competencies, with a total of 65 components and 211 indicators.
Results: The dimensions and components of Neuro-based leadership can provide organizational managers with a suitable criterion for guiding and leading human resources.
