        Wastewater treatment, both in the industrial and urban dimensions, has many problems due to the use of expensive equipment and operational issues. Wastewater treatment of the pharmaceutical industry is a wide range of wastewater treatment methods that differ in structure and scope due to the variety of treatment methods, the variety of treatment plants, the variety of seasons, and even time. In this study, the analysis of serum company effluent after biological treatment during one year was investigated. Due to the high level of COD in some months of the year, the reduction of COD in the effluent of the serum manufacturing company after biological treatment and in the supplementary treatment stage was investigated using lime coagulant. The modeling and optimization of the COD removal process were studied using experimental design. The optimum COD removal efficiency was 18.9 minutes, pH was 5.6 and coagulant was 2 g / l, which was about 51%. In this study, the modeling for the process using the response procedure method and the optimization obtained for this method were in good agreement with the experimental data. Manuscript profile

        In recent years, the development of nanoparticles in the field of drug release has received much attention. This research aims to develop new methods for the physical modification of Fe3O4 superparamagnetic nanoparticles with polymers through physical retention. In this study, after synthesizing the biodegradable polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol magnetic copolymer, the anticancer drugs doxorubicin and Chrysin in these polymers were encapsulated by dual emulsion (w / o / w). The effect of temperature and pH on drug release was investigated. After performing kinetic studies, the diffusion coefficient of drug release was also studied. The drug distribution was considered uniform and the system was assumed to be in Cartesian coordinates. The results showed that the diffusion coefficient of drug release followed Fick's law. At first, due to the high concentration difference of drugs in the early times, the diffusion coefficient was higher, but then with time and with decreasing the concentration difference, the diffusion coefficient decreased and remained constant. The wide range of applications and sensitivity in the correct use of this drug doubles the necessity of measuring this drug. Many methods including chromatography have been used to measure it. Using the voltammetry method for measuring drugs is considered a bonus because of its accuracy, speed, and reasonable price. In this research work and in the modified electrode design, reduced graphene oxide to increase the sensitivity of the electrode; molecular template polymer made with methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate to increase selectivity; And the electropolymerization of diphenylamine was used to stabilize the molecular template polymer on the electrode surface and increase the sensitivity. After several optimization steps, the designed electrode was used to measure small amounts of ceftriaxone. The linear range was between 0.025-3.047 μM and the detection limit was 0.008 μM. The designed electrode was successfully used to measure ceftriaxone in pharmaceutical and biological environments. Manuscript profile

Enzymes are also able to remove organic substances from food wastes effectively. Microbial enzymes are preferred sources over plants or animals due to their many advantages such as easy production, cost-effectiveness, and compatibility. However, the use of enzymes in processes has a series of disadvantages. Due to the high price of enzymes, enzymatic processes are one of the most expensive reactions. They are also sensitive to environmental conditions and can easily change their nature and lose their properties.
