Abstract :
Considering the increasing importance of preventing occupational errors and accidents from both its human and economic aspects, as well as the importance of the level of expertise and knowledge about the assigned job in order to prevent and reduce the incidence of occupational accidents and incidents, this research was conducted in order to investigate More precisely, the role and importance of the relationship between the lack of expertise and knowledge with the type of assigned job among the statistical community of electricity industry activists was designed and implemented, with the aim of achieving a better understanding of the relationship between unforeseen events, their apparent effective factors, subsequent strategies And there are risks of injury among employees who do not have enough expertise and knowledge in their assigned jobs.Every day, many incidents occur in work environments that cause death and injury. These accidents often happen due to lack of recognition of potential risks and proper training of workers. Therefore, many accidents can be prevented by identifying and evaluating the risks of the work environment. and calculated their risk number and provided the required controls. The JSA method is systematic to identify risks and assess their risks in order to provide appropriate control measures. In this method, every stage of the job is carefully examined.
