Abstract :

Nowadays, safety as a concept and method of dealing with dangers in order to save human lives and prevent damage is changing and growing, its initial form that once only a simple method, mainly corrective and not preventive to eliminate the causes of damage and Injuries, in their current form, which is often a complex method and strict rules for safe injury control, have changed. Among the salient features of the concept of safety, there is sufficient capacity for tasks beyond identifying cause-and-effect relationships and designing practical control methods. These measures, from the beginning, have become practical methods of safety programs, thus Safety measures in all aspects of the industry (including the manufacturing industry) have increased over the years. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of HSE management on safety and continuous reduction of accidents, to determine the effect of health factors on entrepreneurship, to determine the effect of safety factors on entrepreneurship, to determine the effect of environmental factors on entrepreneurship. The method of this research was a descriptive survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection, which was done in the field. Applied because it seeks new knowledge that has a specific application to a product or process that is real.
