Abstract :
Because the development of education has become one of the strategies of organizations in recent years and is considered a competitive advantage. can be With the removal of lifelong employment, and the formation of contract employment, the gap between the skills and abilities that people have at the time of employment, and the skills and abilities that they should have due to continuous changes, becomes more visible. For this reason, there is a need to train and develop people and coordinate them according to the needs of the organization. Organizational commitment because it is one of the key components in effectiveness and productivity It is organizational, it has been a common topic of organizational researches during different decades. The researcher intends in this study To present and validate the model of human resources training characteristics in increasing organizational commitment in government organizations. This research is of a quantitative type and is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research includes the employees of government organizations in Tehran, who were selected as a sample using the formula of 217 people. The experiment and data analysis of the current research has been done with the help of confirmatory factor analysis. The research findings show that basic education, comprehensive education, continuous education, In-service training and developmental training have a positive and significant effect on increasing organizational commitment in government organizations.
