Abstract :
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of organizational agility on organizational silence with the mediating role of information technology in municipalities of the four regions of Bandar Abbas city. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research is the employees of Bandar Abbas municipality, whose number is 5366, and 359 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula, and stratified random sampling was used to distribute the questionnaire. The tool for collecting information in this research is a questionnaire, which was used for organizational agility (Nafei), organizational silence (Van Dyne) and information technology (Samuel). Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used in the questionnaires. After collecting the questionnaires and determining the normality of the variable according to the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, using SPSS and PLS software, the statistical test of structural equations and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data and to check the relationship between the variables. The result of the main hypothesis of the research showed that organizational agility has a significant effect on organizational silence with the mediating role of information technology in municipalities of the four regions of Bandar Abbas city
