Abstract :
Introduction: The aim of the current research was to present a model of alignment of human resource service compensation strategies with organizational strategies for the effectiveness of Iran Insurance Company. Method: This is an applied-developmental research with an exploratory nature. The statistical population of the research included all specialists and experts and managers and senior experts of Iranian insurance who were selected purposefully. The required data were collected using theoretical studies and semi-structured interviews with experts and analyzed by thematic analysis in the Maxqda software environment. To identify and design the research model, the structural-interpretive modeling method was used in the MICMAC software environment.Results: Based on the results of the analysis, 57 sub-themes and 10 main themes were counted, which were categorized into five levels. Also, the results showed that the fifth level components (strategies of the organization, the limitation of Iranian insurance with national laws and regulations and the inadequacy of the company's payments) have the most impact and the least impact, and the first level component (the effectiveness of the Iranian insurance company) has the least impact and the most impact. have been.
