Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge sources on dynamic capabilities in the nanotechnology industry. In this research, the effect of knowledge resources including human capital, declarative organizational knowledge and procedural organizational knowledge on dynamic capabilities of sensing, learning, integrating and coordinating were investigated. The statistical population was firms that register to the Nano Headquarters of the Vice Presidency of Technology. The data were collected from the managers of these companies through a questionnaire. To assess the validity of the questionnaires, content validity was used with the views of the professionals and management experts and a group of respondents, and to determine its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used. Path analysis and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that, knowledge sources have significant effects on dynamic capabilities in nanotechnology industry. All research hypotheses except the fifth hypotheses (the effect of declarative organizational knowledge on sensing capability) and sixth (the effect of declarative organizational knowledge on learning capability) were confirmed. Finally, it was determined that the effect of procedural organizational knowledge on learning ability with the coefficient of 0.51 has the highest path coefficient and the effect of declarative organizational knowledge on integrating capability with a coefficient of 0.234 has the lowest path coefficient.
