The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge sources on dynamic capabilities in the nanotechnology industry. In this research, the effect of knowledge resources including human capital, declarative organizational knowledge and procedural organizational knowledge on dynamic capabilities of sensing, learning, integrating and coordinating were investigated. The statistical population was firms that register to the Nano Headquarters of the Vice Presidency of Technology. The data were collected from the managers of these companies through a questionnaire. To assess the validity of the questionnaires, content validity was used with the views of the professionals and management experts and a group of respondents, and to determine its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used. Path analysis and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that, knowledge sources have significant effects on dynamic capabilities in nanotechnology industry. All research hypotheses except the fifth hypotheses (the effect of declarative organizational knowledge on sensing capability) and sixth (the effect of declarative organizational knowledge on learning capability) were confirmed. Finally, it was determined that the effect of procedural organizational knowledge on learning ability with the coefficient of 0.51 has the highest path coefficient and the effect of declarative organizational knowledge on integrating capability with a coefficient of 0.234 has the lowest path coefficient. This article studies the effects of knowledge management on customer relationship management. Our research method is descriptive and survey in nature. The statistical population is composed of all the employees serving in all the branches of Refah Bank across Kurdistan totaling 180 people. In this study, we applied Principal Components Analysis (PCA) and structural relations (LISREL) to explore the factors and expand the items of our questionnaire. Our data were analyzed through path analysis and the Model of Structural Equations. The findings of our research indicate that knowledge management has got some positive and meaningful effects on different aspects of managing relations with customers (i.e., customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer absorption, and interaction) through knowledge resources. According to our findings, the highest rate of effectiveness of knowledge management has been on customer satisfaction followed by other variables including customer loyalty, absorption, and interaction with customer, respectively. This research tries to study knowledge management (KM) in the central libraries of Islamic Azad Universities and the Universities of Science, Research and Technology Ministry in the center of provinces of the country. It aims to study and inquire "organizational KM", and compare it within the two group of research society. The method of research is analytical survey. To do this, all comprehensive branches of Islamic Azad University and 23 governmental Universities were selected as the sample using purposive selection and purposive cluster sample, respectively. To collect needed information, questionnaire is used. According to research findings, four hypotheses of difference between two research societies in terms of "collecting knowledge resources", "organizing knowledge resources", "disseminating knowledge resources", and "human knowledge resources" were rejected.     Manuscript profile
