Investigating components of psychological capital in higher education to present a model

Abstract :

This days scientists think that mere material, human and social capital are  sufficient  for  success  in organizations  but staffs’ positive psychological components are more important. Regarding the importance of  psychological components in organization and management, special kind of capital termed  Psychological capital is becoming important. The aim of this research is to verify and recognize the  positive psychological components of the capital. Research population is the faculty of branches of Islamic Azad University located  in Mazandaran. A sample was selected using stratified sampling. The factor analysis results show that 100 components are recognizable. Correlation Matrix is used to construct the model
