        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between (intuitive - intuitive and visual - verbal) learning styles with computer anxiety in undergraduate students Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Allameh Tabatabai University. The statistical society of this study was all of the Undergraduate students of Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Allameh Tabatabai University. For sampling in this study, multi-stage cluster sampling was used. Sample size in this study was 310 student. Measurement tools in this research include learning styles questionnaire Felder -Silverman and computer anxiety was Hansen and colleagues. This research data using descriptive and inferential statistics  were analyzed. The results indicated that there exists a relationship between students computer anxiety and learning styles. There also exists a relationship between sensory learning styles - intuitive and computer anxiety. Students with verbal learning style,have a higher computer anxiety than students with visual style. There is a relationship between  gender and computer anxiety.  Manuscript profile

Regarding the importance of  psychological components in organization and management, special kind of capital termed  Psychological capital is becoming important.         The present study tries to investigate psychometric characteristics of attachment to school questionnaire. To do this, a random sample of 380 high school students, both female and male, was selected. Cronbach alpha  was used to determine the reliability and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out to determine the validity. The results show that the questionnaires has an acceptable internal consistency, the same as Mouton, et al.(1996). Factor analysis results also show that the questionnaire has fitting with the data. All Goodness of Fit Indices confirm the model. The questionnaire is consequently an effective instrument to study attachment to school. Manuscript profile

        This research is intended to evaluate the teaching and researching performance of the faculty members of Islamic Azad University-Central Tehran Branch.The descriptive- survey method was used as research method.The Statistical population includes all faculty members of Islamic Azad University-Central Tehran Branch at the academic year of  1389-90 which was about 995 persons.A sample size of 275 people were selected by Morgan, Daryle W., Determining Sample Size.The study instrument of  measuring data was a questionnaire that formulated by faculty members’ Promotion Regulations. The results indicate that the performance of faculty members of Islamic Azad University-Central Tehran Branch in  writing papers, Student Theses, observing  respected academic discipline and educational values, teaching quality,teaching quantity, compiling textbooks, application of new methods of teaching is more than the minimum privileges of the new regulations designed to promote faculty members,and performance in the areas of technology, innovation, exploration and acquiring national festivals’ rank, presentations of research projects,evaluation, , arbitration of articles and researches,book translation, critical edition of the book and republication is less than minimum Privileges which is Considered based on the new regulations to promote faculty.         The aim of the current study was examine the effectiveness of  cognitive behavioral therapy on affective maturity and happiness in psychology student of Azad university of bojnoutd.40 person were selecting by employing simple random sampling . They completed effective maturity scale (EMS) for assessment of effective maturity and oxford happiness questionnaire for the assessment of happiness. Analyses of covariance were employed for data analysis. Finding revealed that there is a significant difference between students mean in affective maturity and happiness in posttest level. Restructuring and information processing based root of cognitive behavioral therapy model, makes it an effective approach for affecting students affective maturity and happiness.         The present study aims to develop a questionnaire and determine its psychometric characteristics in accordance with cultural norms in Iranian society. The questionnaire is intended to measure factors affecting sharing knowledge in universities. The study is carried out in three stages. Initially, the factors are identified using a qualitative method based on a grounded theory. They are put into a framework. Then, items in the questionnaire were formulated based on interviews with faculty members. Finally, psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire, i.e. validity, and reliability, were investigated. A sample of 90 faculty members participates in the study. The results, based on confirmatory factor analysis, support 20 items related to factors affecting sharing knowledge in universities. Manuscript profile
