Abstract :
Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of factors influencing talent management in Islamic Azad universities of the East Azarbaijan. The research method is applied, accourding to the purpose of research and In terms of collecting data, exploratory blend method In two phases: first qualitive and then quantitive. In order to collect data, a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire were used. data were collected using semi-structured interviews. In the qualitative section, after studying the structural dimensions of the research, And using encoded collected data, And categorization of categories, the main concepts were extracted ,Subsequently, a questionnaire was provided to use in the quantitative phase (sampl group was 210 faculty members of Islamic Azad universities of east Azarbayjan). Data analysis was done in descriptive and inferential sections. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha has been used. In order to fit the collected data and determine the construct validity using Imus software, the design model was designed and fitted. According to the estimated results, all of the mentioned factors were important from the perspective of the statistical sample group and they are influential in the management of talent.
