Comparison of organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and job self-efficacy in male and female employees

Abstract :
The research purpose was to compare organizational culture, emotional intelligence and job self efficacy among the male and female employees of Khuzestan Water And Power organization. The sample included 400 people (155 females and 245 males) among the Employees of Khuzestan Wa-ter And Power organization that were selected randomly via stratified sampling. The instruments for gathering data were: Glaser Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Schutte Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Job self efficacy Questionnaire. There research was done as post - Hoc one. Data analysis by multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) at p value (P ≤0/05) revealed: Male em-ployees than female employees had higher job self-efficacy and organizational culture but there was not a significant difference between them in emotional intelligence.
