Phenomenological analysis of the lived experiences of professors of challenges syberspace evaluation during the corona epidemic and providing solutions for its optimal implementation in post-corona hybrid education.

Abstract :
Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the lived experience of professors of the challenges of evaluation in cyberspace in during the Corona epidemic and to provide solutions for its optimal implementation in post-Corona hybrid education in Iran's higher education system. Phenomenology research was used.The participants of the research included 15 faculty members of Payamnoor Zanjan University province with different academic orientations who had at least five years of teaching experience and were selected using a purposeful sampling method. A semi-structured individual interview method was used its collect data until theoretical saturation was reached. Interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis. To determine the "validity and reliability of data" three criteria were used including: reliability, acceptability and Verifiability. Written interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis method. Based on the Findings the major evaluation challenges were identified in the form of 6 inclusive themes, 13 organizing themes and 28 basic themes, its opportunities included 5 inclusive themes, 10 organizing themes and 22 basic themes themes, were identified. Also main soluation for overcoming to these challenges categorized in 6 nclusive themes, 10 organizing themes and 19 basic themes. In proportion to these harms and improving the evaluation, strategies and solution for better use of new methods in cyberspace were suggested.
