Abstract :
Scientists believe that emotions have extraordinary significance in accepting new ideas.On the other hand, one element of entrepreneurship, is creativity and growing creativity in individuals,we can created the entrepreneurial spirit in them.Considering this point that one element entrepreneurship ,is creativity and We can by the growing of creativity The spirit of entrepreneurship in individuals to make and On the other hand,organizational culture can provide a suitable ground for creativity and entrepreneurship,This study explain the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship Considering The mediating role of Culture. This research is Descriptive and correlation cross. The population(N= 36),is all of the Personnel Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the city of Kermanshah.We use Standard questionnaires for collecting data, EI,Organizational culture and CE consisted and with alpha coefficient of 0.090, 0.903 and 0.874 were approved.In analyzing of data,we have used software SPSS and In terms of inferential statistics we used the Spearman correlation coefficient because our variables were ordinal.By test each hypothesis at 99% confidence level,the main hypothesis that Based on the existence Positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and CE With regard to the mediating role of organizational culture was confirmed.The majority of researchers Confirms the results obtained by our
