Abstract :
Aim: The purpose of this article is to evaluate and assess the performance of human resources and presenting a suggested model in National Organization for Civil Registration with using qualitative indicators. Method: The research method was descriptive-correlation and statistical population was included all headquarters staff of national organization for civil registration. In this study, stratified random sampling method was used and the sample size was 176 people. As well as demographic variables such as gender, education, age, years of service, marriage, type of employment, Organizational status and type of assistance were tested.Findings: Based on research method, conseptual model was made that evaluated indicators related with staff performance. Conclusion: According to the results, all the research hypotheses were confirmed. The results showed that all research variables such as the ability of staff, motivation and incentive of staff, job clarity, feedback, organizational help, and validity of decisions effect on performance. It seems that managers can increase the performance of organization yourself with focusing factors that may influence them to improve their current situation.
