Investigating the effectiveness of the teaching and learning management model on empowering and learning employees of Malek Ashtar University of Technology

Abstract :
Introduction: Addressing the field of education and learning to develop the competencies of the organization's employees is one of the vital aspects of organizations. The new mission of examining the issues and challenges of employee training with new approaches is one of the main concerns of executives and decision makers at the organization level. The major need to provide trainings that reduce the gap between science and experience, knowledge and practice in educational processes, considers teaching and learning as a competitive advantage, the most effective organizational activities. The shortcomings of traditional training methods, rapid changes, and transformations required the need to create a new approach and provide a new model for employee training. The main goal of the research was to provide a model of education and learning management to empower the employees of Malik Ashtar University of Technology research methodology: The method of conducting this research was semi-experimental using a pre-test/post-test design with a control group and in the statistical population of employees of different line and staff units of Malik Ashtar University of Technology. 66 employees were selected by the available sampling method and randomly divided into two experimental groups (35 people) and a control group (31 people). Spritz Empowerment Questionnaire and teacher test were used to collect data in the pre-test and post-test. Analysis of covariance was used in data analysis. Findings: The results showed that the empowering education and learning management model is effective in responding to the shortcomings of the traditional methods of employees of Malik Ashtar University of Technology (p<0.05). Discussion and Conclusion: Like other research, this research showed that the model of education and learning management, by reducing the shortcomings of traditional methods, improves the organization's performance, develops knowledge, and employees' abilities, and improves organizational processes
