The effect of the sense of competition and cooperation on job motivation with the mediation of job satisfaction among formal female teachers in the elementary school of Tabadakan region in 1402-1403

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to examine the pattern of competition and cooperation in relation to job motivation with job satisfaction as a mediator among female elementary school teachers in the Tabadkan region. The research is of an applied nature, classified as descriptive and correlational research, and it employs structural equation modeling; the data are quantitative. . The research tools included three questionnaires: Hackman and Oldham's Job Motivation Questionnaire, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, and Ganji's Competition and Cooperation Spirit Questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of all female elementary school teachers working in the Tabadkan region of Mashhad in the academic year 1402-1403, totaling approximately 2550 individuals. The final results were based on the analysis and interpretation of 188 questionnaires that were accurately completed through accessible sampling. The obtained data were examined using descriptive statistics as well as inferential statistics. The distribution of the data was found to be normal. The findings indicated that the model of the relationship between the sense of competition and cooperation on job motivation with job satisfaction as a mediating role among female elementary school teachers in the Tabadkan region fits well. The direct relationship between the competition and cooperation variable and job satisfaction, as well as between job satisfaction and job motivation, was confirmed due to their T statistics being greater than 1.96 and their level of significance being less than 0.05. However, the direct relationship between the competition and cooperation variable and job motivation was rejected due to not meeting these conditions.
