Abstract :
This research is conducted in the field of human resource management and the use of modern technologies, especially artificial intelligence in organizations, focusing on how to utilize this technology to enhance employee motivation. The aim of this research is to design a comprehensive model for increasing employee motivation at Bank Melli Iran by leveraging artificial intelligence technology. This study is of an applied-exploratory nature and was carried out using a mixed qualitative method. In the qualitative section, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 academic experts (selected from a total of 17 using snowball sampling), and factors influencing motivation were identified using a grounded theory approach. These factors were categorized into six main categories: causal, core, strategic, contextual, intervening, and outcomes. The findings include causal factors, core factors, strategic factors, contextual factors, intervening factors, and outcomes. The results of this research indicate that the use of artificial intelligence can play a significant role in identifying motivational patterns, providing personalized feedback, and improving the work environment. The proposed model includes key components such as collecting and analyzing employee data, designing intelligent reward systems, providing AI-based personal development programs, and creating an interactive communication platform. Implementing this model could lead to increased job satisfaction, improved performance, and greater organizational commitment among employees of Bank Melli Iran. This research demonstrates that artificial intelligence can not only help improve organizational processes but also play a vital role in enhancing human capital and creating a dynamic and motivating work environment.
