Abstract :
The current research has been investigated with the aim of identifying the effective factors on the development of tourism, relying on the role of Bekaa Motbareke in Iran with a mixed approach. In the qualitative part, using 12 targeted semi-structured interviews with senior managers and experts, informants, 95 conceptual codes were counted and after removing and merging similar concepts, sentences and paragraphs related to the research topic using the coding method (open, axial and optional) were identified and the primary dimensions and components were presented.
The statistical population of the quantitative part is all employees, managers and assistants of cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts in the country in the number of 7200 people. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula of 365 people. The tool for collecting information in the quantitative part of the questionnaire was made by the researcher, and in order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, face validity, content validity and construct validity were used. In this research, reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (.963).
