Abstract :
The present research was conducted with the aim of validating the Islamic governance model in the country's education. The research is a descriptive survey in terms of its fundamental purpose and method. The tool of data collection was the researcher's list created from the qualitative analysis of the research. The statistical population included all the general managers and their deputies and the managers of the education regions of the country's provinces. Among the provinces of the country, six provinces of Isfahan, Fars, Kermanshah, Gilan, Khorasan Razavi were selected and lists were sent to them and 159 lists were returned. The content validity was measured by the content coefficient method of Lavshe (1985), by 15 experts from the field of educational management of the university and seminary and experts of education and training. To evaluate the reliability of the instrument, the reliability coefficient, composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha were used, and all three methods confirmed the reliability coefficient of the list (factor loadings higher than 0.4, Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability higher than 0.7). The fitting of the proposed model was done by factor analysis and software. Quantitative data analysis was performed in the form of descriptive data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and indicators related to the convergent validity of expressing research concepts. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis indicated the validity of the conceptual model of educational governance with an Islamic approach.
