Providing a model of justice-oriented public services based on new smart technologies

Abstract :
Background and purpose of the research: providing a model of justice-oriented public services based on modern smart technologies to achieve urban justice in the big cities of Iran. Research method: The research method was descriptive and of the structural equation model type, which was applied in terms of purpose and was carried out in the field in the statistical community. The statistical community consists of experts in the field of urban services in the metropolis of Iran; Among the sample of this research, 120 people (Cochran's formula) were selected from these experts in a purposeful way. Findings: According to the findings, 64 indicators were identified in the form of 9 dimensions and 35 components under the three main concepts of urban justice public services, integration and smart service delivery, the model of justice-oriented public services based on modern smart technologies in Iran's metropolitan cities, and the validity and validity of the model. , was tested. Results: The results of the research showed that the new technologies of smartening urban services are introduced as a basic justice-oriented strategy in Iran's metropolises, which by combining smart platforms in public services leads to justice-oriented, integrated and alignment in the direction of intelligent service delivery; Therefore, in order to improve urban justice and optimal reform of the public service system, both in the distribution and supply sector and in the supply and allocation sector of Iran's metropolises, it is necessary to make a fundamental revision in the field of applying new technologies to make public services smarter. At the end, suggestions such as integration and alignment of public services in governmental and non-governmental executive bodies, and intelligent public services and justice-oriented public services in order to reform the general public system of Iranian metropolises were presented.
