Abstract :
Many of the concepts that used in the industry and services, a concept is outsourcing. Outsourcing as an administrative and economic tool finds many applications in industry and services. The main purpose of this paper" is identifying the effective factors on Abfa Company in Mashhad city". The statistical population is all supervisors, managers' middle and senior levels of the company that the number of them is 70 people. By using Morgan table the number 55 people has been selected as sample. For gathering of data has been use questionnaire. After determining validity and reliability of questionnaire, it has been distributed among the statistical population. For analysis of data has been used K-S, t-test and Freidman test. The results of analysis data show that variables: Tangibility, Separability, Standardization, Demand Certainty, Technology Uncertainty, Complexity, Lack of contact with final customer, Competition of Suppliers on price, being the main activity, lack of activity importance and the number of potential suppliers have impact on outsourcing. Finally, the ranking of these variables by Friedman test show that among these variables: complexity and competitive position more than spot potentially the most impact, and variable: number of alternative Suppliers and end Costume Uncontact, effect was the low.
