Abstract :
Introduction: Knowing and responding appropriately to the expectations of stakeholders is one of the most important factors in the effectiveness of organizations, especially in the health and treatment system, as the custodians of creating, promoting and improving health. Purpose: The present study aims to provide useful information for the management of beneficiaries to the heads of hospitals of Gilan University of Medical Sciences. Method: The statistical population of the research includes; There are hospital heads of Gilan University of Medical Sciences and university experts, 19 of whom participated in the research implementation process. To screen the components extracted from the theoretical foundations of the research, the fuzzy Delphi method was used, and in order to structure and analyze the status of the components, the process of network analysis and Dimetal was used. Findings: Among the 30 components extracted from the theoretical foundations, 10 factors; Stakeholder participation, Stakeholder information, Stakeholder communication, Stakeholder need, Stakeholder cooperation benefits, Stakeholder motivation, Stakeholder planning ability, Stakeholder goals alignment with the organization, Stakeholder monitoring possibility and Stakeholder's importance and position were determined as basic factors and with the approach The process of network analysis and Dimtel technique was determined in the Super Decision software environment for prioritizing the criteria. Conclusion: Stakeholder participation index, Stakeholder communication and Stakeholder information were recognized as the most important components of Stakeholder evaluation, which shows the need for management to pay attention to these factors in Stakeholder evaluation and their use in achieving the hospital's goals.
