        Introduction: Nowadays, responding appropriately to the stakeholders’ expectations is one of the most important factors for organizations effectiveness, especially in the health system, as the responsible of generation, propagation and promotion of health in societies. Analyzing the stakeholders’ evaluation components, this research aims to provide practical information about stakeholders’ management for the head of hospitals in Guilan University of medical science (GUMC). Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. Statistical population includes heads of hospitals in GUMS and academic experts where 19 of them are participated in the research. For screening the components extracted from the literature, fuzzy Delphi method was used, while for analyzing and structuring the components, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) was used. In addition, for data gathering, snowball sampling method and questionnaire tool were used. Results: Conducting the fuzzy Delphi method, among the 30 components extracted from the literature, 10 factors; stakeholders’ participation, information, relationships, level of need, benefits of cooperation, motivation, planning ability, consistency with the organization goals, possibility of monitoring stakeholders and the importance of the stakeholders’ position were determined as main factors and were structured by the ISM method at three levels. Conclusion: According to the MICMAC analysis, the indicators of stakeholder’ participation, stakeholder relationships and the importance of the stakeholder's position were recognized as the most important components in stakeholder’s evaluation, which indicates the necessity of managers attention to these factors in the evaluation of stakeholders and using them for achieving to hospital goals.         One of the most important factors in the survival of an organization is to properly meet the expectations of organizational stakeholders. Nowadays, organizational stakeholders with the right to choice do not accept low quality goods or services and organizations which are associated with organizational stakeholders should be held accountable to rational expectations. This study seeks to find suitable solutions to increase the satisfaction of organizational stakeholders from organizations that these solutions help managersto make appropriate decisions. So considering this hypothesis that the organizational engineering can be resulted in organizational stakeholder's satisfaction, this paper studies the effect of important factors such as organizational stakeholder's satisfaction in 10 different organizations and with 95 percent, confidence found that correlation of them is positive.         This study identifies the factors affecting the blockchain maturity model in the framework of grounded theory to present a conceptual model with a qualitative approach and emphasize the blockchain ecosystem. For this purpose, First, the initial factors extracted through reviewing the research background; then, by conducting semi-structured interviews with 12 blockchain technology experts, the data were collected. The meanings and characteristics challenges of the blockchain maturity model presented in three stages of coding: identification, classification, and finally, were given the research model. The reliability of the interviews has confirmed by the reliability methods of Test-Retest and intra-subject agreement. The results of data analysis from interviews with experts show that the factors affecting the blockchain maturity model in the group of organizational stakeholders, factors such as managerial support, Organizational culture, education, and skilled Workforce in the organization comparing other factors have a higher priority.Moreover, in the group of non-organizational stakeholders, the stakeholder's impact, government role to creating legislation and liability, forming a consortium and the existence of specialized startups, the role of media to promote the achievements of mature organizations and usage of experiences of leading organizations is one of the essential factors.
