Modeling the influence of effective social factors on the health-promoting lifestyle of women in Tehran

Abstract :
Background: Nowadays, it seems that among the women of the society, the behaviors that promote a health-oriented lifestyle have been strengthened, and a large number of women have become aware of the importance of a health-oriented lifestyle. In Tehran, due to its richer medical and health facilities than other cities in the country, this is more bolded. Method: This study and 49 years, which according to Cochran's formula, the size of the population according to the statistics and census of 2015 is 384 people. Random cluster sampling method was used in this research.is descriptive and survey based on the applied research category and also based on the method of data collection and analysis. The statistical population of the research is all women in Tehran between the ages of 15 Research findings: The results of correlation analysis have shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between all variables in a two-by-two manner. On the other hand, the significance of all these correlations is at a high level. The fit indices of the model are in the acceptable range.Conclusion: Social capital improves the health-promoting lifestyle in women. The more women benefit from social capital, the higher the possibility of improving their lifestyle. On the other hand, cultural capital and interpersonal support, responsibility for health and self-fulfillment lead to the improvement of women's health. The quality of life of women determines their health level.
