چکیده مقاله :
سیستم های برنامه ریزی منابع سازمان به عنوان یکی از ابزارهایی است که کسب و کارها با استفاده از ان در صدد کسب مزیت رقابتی هستند، از آنجا که پیاده سازی سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمان با ریسک بالا، هزینه های سنگین و زمان پیاده سازی طولانی همراه است موضوع امکان سنجی به عنوان ابزاری مهم جهت تعیین راهبردها برای اجرای پروژه و به تبع آن کاهش ریسک اجرایی برای سازمان مطرح می باشد که در این تحقیق به بررسی و شناسایی عواملی پرداخته شده است که در پیاده سازی این پروژه ها از نظر خبرگان حائز اهمیت بوده و از ترجیح بیشتری برخوردار است. در این مقاله بعد از استخراج عوامل کلیدی برای پیاده سازی طرح های برنامه ریزی منابع انسانی و نظرخواهی از خبرگان با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی نسبت به اولویت بندی این عوامل با کمک نرم افزار Expert Choice اقدام شده است. نتایج مشخص نمود عوامل درونی نسبت به عوامل بیرونی و از میان عوامل درونی حمایت مدیران ارشد، چشم انداز کسب و کار، فرهنگ مدیریت تغییر و عامل مدیریت پروژه از اولویت بالاتری برخوردار هستند.
Enterprise resource planning systems as one of the tools that businesses use to seek competitive advantages in any organization, since the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems with high-risk, high cost and the implementation of the lengthy it is important and which are one of the more preferred. The purpose of this paper, after extraction of the key factors for the implementation of human resource planning initiatives and opinions of experts using analytic hierarchy to prioritize the expert choice of these factors with the help of software has been estimated. The results revealed that internal factors than external factors matter most. In addition, and through the internal factors such as senior management support, business outlook, culture, change management and project management factors are higher priorities. In this research, high light that vision is independent to employment.
