Abstract :
Enterprise resource planning systems as one of the tools that businesses use to seek competitive advantages in any organization, since the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems with high-risk, high cost and the implementation of the lengthy it is important and which are one of the more preferred. The purpose of this paper, after extraction of the key factors for the implementation of human resource planning initiatives and opinions of experts using analytic hierarchy to prioritize the expert choice of these factors with the help of software has been estimated. The results revealed that internal factors than external factors matter most. In addition, and through the internal factors such as senior management support, business outlook, culture, change management and project management factors are higher priorities. In this research, high light that vision is independent to employment.
