تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر مسئولیت اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران جهت ارائه مدل

چکیده مقاله :
قابلیت های فناوری اطلاعات نقش مهمی در محیط پر سرعت و در حال تغییر ایفا می کند.این نکته قابل تاکید است که سازمان هایی که فناوری اطلاعات و قابلیت استفاده از آن را دارند لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر مسئولیت اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران جهت ارائه مدل است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی است،جامعه آماری شامل اعضا هیات علمی مرکز و شرق استان مازندران به تعداد 547 نفر که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد 207 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای بر اساس گروه های آموزشی انتخاب شدند جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه فناوری اطلاعات، مسئولیت اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی که روایی از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرانباخ به ترتیب 89/0، 86/0 و 92/0 بدست آمد که مورد تایید است .روش تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل بوده است. نتایج حاکی از اثر مستقیم وغیرمستقیم فناوری اطلاعات بر مسئولیت اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی بوده است. همچنین یادگیری سازمانی بر مسئولیت اجتماعی تاثیر مستقیم داشته است.
IT capabilities play an important role in a rapidly changing environment. It is important to note that organizations that have IT and the ability to use it, so the purpose of this study is the impact of IT on social responsibility and organizational learning in Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran Province to present the model. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population includes 547 faculty members in the center and east of Mazandaran province, which according to Krejcie and Morgan table to 207 people by stratified random sampling method based on groups. Data collection was selected from three questionnaires of information technology, social responsibility and organizational learning. Validity was obtained through confirmatory factor analysis and reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89, 0.86 and 0.92, respectively, which were approved. The method of data analysis was structural equations using LISREL software. The results indicate the direct and indirect effects of information technology on social responsibility and organizational learning. Organizational learning has also had a direct impact on social responsibility.
