بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه ذهنیت خلاق در دانشجویان

چکیده مقاله :
در نظریه های ضمنی خلاقیت، ذهنیت خلاق به باورهای افراد در مورد ماهیت ذاتی خلاقیت در مقابل ماهیت انعطاف پذیر خلاقیت اشاره دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه ذهنیت خلاق انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است که از حیث گردآوری داده ها از جمله مطالعات پیمایشی به شمار می آید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه لرستان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 393 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه لرستان بودند که به روش خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر برای تحلیل داده ها، از روش های تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تاییدی، شاخص های نیکویی برازش و از روش آلفای کرونباخ برای بررسی پایایی در قالب نرم افزار AMOS-24 و SPSS-26 استفاده شد. نتایح حاکی از استخراج دو عامل ذهنیت ثابت و ذهنیت رشدیافته بود که در مجموع 75/54 درصد واریانس سازه ذهنیت خلاق را تبیین می کنند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که شاخص های برازش در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند. نتایج حاصل از بررسی پایایی بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ برای خردهمقیاسهای پرسشنامه نشان داد که مقادیر آلفای خرده مقیاس ها در سطح مناسبی قرار دارند. با توجه به تحلیل های آماری مناسب و نتایج به دست آمده، به نظر می آید که نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه ذهنیت خلاق از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است و میتواند به عنوان ابزاری کارآمد در این زمینه محسوب شود.
Creative mindsets, within the implicit theory of creativity, refer to individuals’ beliefs about the fixed-versus-malleable nature of creativity. The aim of Present research was to investigate of Validity and Reliability of the questionnaire of Creative mindsets tools in students. The current research is practical in terms of purpose. In terms of the type of survey it is considered as data collection. The statistical population in this research included all university of lorestan students in 2022-2023. The research sample included 393 students were selected by multistage cluster sampling method. The data was collected using Karwowski (2014) Creative mindsets questionnaire. For data analysis the present research, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis methods, goodness of fit study and reliability analysis Cronbach's alpha method Data were analyzed using AMOS-24 and SPSS-26 software. The results indicated the extraction of two factors of the (fixed mindset and growth mindset) that explain 54.75% of the Creative Mindset variable. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indices of the model are in a comfortable of condition. Validation results based on Cronbach's alpha it was indicated for the subscales of the questionnaire that the values of alpha the subscales are at a acceptable level. According to the appropriate statistical analyzes and the results, it seems that the Persian version of the Creative Mindset questionnaire has suitable validity and reliability and can be considered an efficient tool in this field.
