ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای دانش پایدار در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی بوده است. پژوهش حاضراز نوع مطالعه آمیخته اکتشافی و کیفی است. که به روش تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری انجام شد.سپس با روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی20 نفر ازخبرگان انتخاب گردید ، مصاحبه نیمه عمیق و ابزار گرداوری داده ها پروتکل – مصاحبه نیمه عمیق است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را اساتید دانشگاهی با رشتههای مرتبط به مدیریت منابع انسانی، خبرگان و متخصصین حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی تشکیل دادهاند. روش تحلیل داده ها به صورت محتوا (تحلیل تم) است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه های انجام شده در تحقیق طی فرآیند کدگذاری باز و محتوایی (محوری) بدست آمده است پس از بررسی کدهای باز و دستهبندی آنها، محقق داده ها در قالب ۱۹ مؤلفه و ۶ بعد اصلی دستهبندی نموده است. در پژوهش حاضر تحلیل مصاحبه های انجام شده نشان می دهد عوامل تجربی زیادی بر الگوی دانش پایدار مبتنی بر منابع انسانی در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی تأثیرگذار هستند، شاخص های صلاحیت فردی ، شاخص صلاحیت شغلی با و شاخص ظرفیت سازی ، دارای بیشترین امتیاز در مدل دانش پایدار می باشند ، بهطوریکه نقش کارکنان و وظایف کارکردی را یک عامل بسیار تأثیرگذار برای آموزش می دانندهدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه پیشنهادات کاربردی برای کمک به مدیران در راستای ارائه الگوی دانش پایدار در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی میباشد.
