    Publication Policies

    Copyright Policy

    Access to articles from this site is free. This Journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions. This Journal doesn't have any submission and article processing charges (APCs).

    No paper that has been previously published, that has been copyrighted, or that is being considered for publication elsewhere, should be submitted to the TFSS. Nor may a paper that is under consideration by the TFSS be submitted elsewhere.

     

    Ethical Policy

    TFSS is following of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards in accordance with ethical laws. We kindly recommend to all authors especially young ones to review again publication ethics. There are many good sources for reminding publication ethics e.g., visit COPE.

     

    Open Access Policy

    TFSS is an open access journal. Open access (OA) refers to freely available, digital, online information. Open access scholarly literature is free of charge and often carries less restrictive copyright and licensing barriers than traditionally published works, for both the users and the authors. 

    TFSS is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC-By 4.0). Licensees may copy, distribute, display and make derivative works only if they cite the original published TFSS article. The published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC-By 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium provided each paper is properly cited.

     

    Article Processing Charges (APCs)

    TFSS doesn't have any submission and article processing charges (APCs). Access to articles from this site is free.

     

    Plagiarism Detection

    It should also be noted that this journal uses the system of matching scientific articles to confirm the absence of plagiarism in the submitted articles. Articles will also be reviewed with Plagiarism Detection Software before acceptance. 

     

    Conflict of Interest

    Conflict of Interest is defined as a set of conditions in which professional judgment concerning a primary interest, such as the validity of research, may be influenced by a secondary interest, such as financial gain. A Conflict of Interest Disclosure is an agreement or notification from the authors that they have not been paid for the work, or if they have, stating the source of their payment. The purpose of Conflict of Interest Disclosure form is to provide readers of authors’ manuscript with information about authors’ interests that could influence how the authors receive the work. The author(s) should submit a conflict of interest disclosure form and is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the submitted manuscript. Conflict of Interest Disclosure form can be signed by all authors  and  stating  that  the  submitted  manuscript  is  the  authors’ original  work,  has  not  received  prior publication and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, permission has been received to use any material in the manuscript much as tables, figures etc. or no permissions have necessary to publish the authors’ work.

    Conflict of interest statement must be placed at the manuscript as below:

    "The authors declare no potential conflict of interest regarding the publication of this work. In addition, the ethical issues including plagiarism, informed consent, misconduct, data fabrication and, or falsification, double publication and, or submission, and redundancy have been completely witnessed by the authors”

    Corresponding author, as the representative of all authors, should complete and submit the "Conflicts of Interest Form".

     

    Submission Declaration and Verification

    Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis or as an electronic preprint, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere), that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright holder.

     

    Authorship Criteria

    Each contributor should have participated sufficiently in the work to be allowed to take public responsibility for suitable portions of the content. To ensure authorship for the submitted manuscripts, the contributors should meet the following conditions:

    • Making a substantial contribution to the work; 
    • Being accountable for the work and its published form;
    • Conception and design, acquisition of data, or analysis and interpretation of data;
    • Either drafting the article or revising it critically for important intellectual content. 

    Changes to Authorship

    Please be advised that, as per journal policy, we are unable to make changes to the author list and corresponding author once a paper has been accepted for publication. Please ensure that the authorship of your paper is correct when submitting your manuscript to TFSS, as no amendments can be made after acceptance.

     

    Role of the Funding Source

    You are requested to identify (in Acknowledgement) who provided financial support for the conduct of the research and/or preparation of the article and to briefly describe the role of the sponsor(s), if any, in study design; in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data; in the writing of the report; and in the decision to submit the article for publication. If the funding source(s) had no such involvement then this should be stated.

     

    Data Availability

    Data availability statement should describe how readers can access the data supporting the conclusions of the study and clearly outline the reasons why unavailable data cannot be released. The data used to support the findings of study should be available from the  corresponding author upon request.
