طراحی مدل پویا برای ارزیابی استراتژیک نوآوری با رویکرد سناریوهای چندگانه

چکیده مقاله :
نوآوری از جمله عوامل مهمی است که میتواند به سازمان در جهت تحقق اهدافش کمک کرده و همواره استراتژیهای جدید و کارآمدی را پیش روی سازمان قرار دهد. از آنجا که نوآوری در طول زمان تغییر میکند، مقاله حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی جهت ارتقای سیستم ارزیابی نوآوری در صنعت خودرو و با استفاده از سیستمهای دینامیکی ارائه شدهاست. شاخصهای بهدستآمده از پژوهشهای گذشته، دو بعد اصلی نوآوری یعنی نوآوری تکنولوژیکی و نوآوری مدیریتی را نشان دادند و شاخصهای کلیدی این دو بعد نوآوری در ارزیابی نوآوری استخراج شدند. ارتباط میان این شاخصها نیز از طریق نظرسنجی، اظهارنظر خبرگان، ادبیات موضوع، مشاهده مستقیم و پایگاههایداده مشخص شد و درنتیجه با توجه به شاخصها و ارتباطات میان آنها، مدل دینامیکی ارزیابی نوآوری طراحی گردید که این مدل قابلیت پیشبینی رفتار هر یک از متغیرهای مدل را تا سال 2022 میلادی دارد. نتایج بهدستآمده نشان میدهد که متغیرهای مختلف مؤثر بر نوآوری نسبت به تغییرات در بودجه تخصیصیافته به تحقیق و توسعه در صنعت خودروسازی از حساسیت بالایی برخوردارند و با ایجاد تغییرات مناسب در میزان این بودجه میتوان شاهد نتایج مثبتی در ارتقای سطح نوآوری در سازمان بود.
Innovation is one of the factors which can help the organization to meet its goals and also make new and effective strategies for it. Since the innovation will change during the time, this research has done with the aim of presenting a dynamic model in order to improve the innovation evaluation system in the automotive industry. Two main dimensions of innovation, technological innovation and management innovation were drawn of related researches and key criteria of them were determined. The relations between these criteria were found by surveys, experts’ comments, subject literature, observations and data bases. Finally, the dynamic model of innovation evaluation was presented. This model has a capability of forecasting the behavior of each variable till 2022. The results of this research show that various variables of the model are sensitive to the changes in R&D budgets in automotive industry and appropriate changes in R&D budget will result in upgraded innovation level
