چکیده مقاله :
هوش رقابتی (CI) شامل تشخیص هوش اساس شرکتهایی است که در فعالیتهای استراتژیک در یک بازار رقابتی شرکت میکنند. مطالعات متعددی، مزایای هوش رقابتی را در فرآیندهای برنامه ریزی استراتژیک نشان داده اند، اما تأثیر هوش رقابتی بر تدوین استراتژی کمتر مورد توجه تحقیقات دانشگاهی قرار گرفته است. هدف این تحقیق عوامل اثر گذار بر توسعه شیوه های هوش رقابتی و تاثیر آن بر فرآیند تدوین استراتژی و سطوح مختلف استراتژیک ، بررسی بوده است. جامعه آماری اين تحقيق را 2000 نفر از کارکنان و مدیران شرکت اتوبوسرانی تشکیل داده است. در نهایت 315 پرسشنامه جهت تحلیل گردآوری شده است. ابزارگردآوری دادهها در این تحقیق پرسشنامه بوده است. فرضیههای تحقیق با استفاده از نرم افزار smart.PLS مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که محیط رقابتی جهانی بر توسعه شیوههای هوش رقابتی موثر است. هوش رقابتی بر فرآیند تدوین استراتژیک (از تعیین اهداف استراتژیک تا نظارت بر استراتژی) و در سطوح مختلف استراتژیک، تاکتیکی و عملیاتی موثر است. تلاطم و عدم قطعیت درک شده توسط شرکت ها بر توسعه هوش رقابتی موثر است. عوامل زمینهای و فردی و سازمانی بر توسعه شیوههای هوش رقابتی موثر است.
