ارزیابی دیدگاه و تجارب معلمان از کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری به شیوه مجازی در دوره کرونا: یک مطالعه مروری

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع ویروس کرونا و تعطیلی مراکز آموزشی در سال 2020، نیاز به ایجاد نگاهی نو و کاربردي به فرآیند آموزش بود. لذا، تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی دیدگاه و تجارب معلمان از کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری به شیوه مجازی در دوره کرونا طراحی و انجام شده است.
مواد و روش کار: در مطالعه مروري حاضر، نخست مقالات مربوط به پژوهش هاي انجام شده قبلي (20 مقاله مشاهده ای مرتبط با موضوع) در خصوص موضع تحت بررسي از شش پايگاه ملي و بين المللي شامل: Google Scholar, SID, Magiran, Pubmed, ISI, Scopus از ابتداي سال 2020 تا نيمه دوم سال 2023 استخراج گرديدند.
يافتهها: مولفه هایی همچون 1:آشنایی معلمان و دانش آموزان با نحوه استفاده از فناوری؛ 2: حمایت برنامه ریزان، مدیران و مسئولان آموزشی و والدین؛ 3: آمادگی استقبال دو طرفه معلمان و دانش اموزان؛ 4: تدوین یک دستورالعمل کارا و عملی در مراکز آموزشی؛ 5: استفاده از آموزش مجازی در کنار رویکرد آموزش سنتی؛6: پیش بینی طراحی زیرساخت های منسجم و اثربخش و 7: کاهش اثرات روحی و روانی در پیشبرد آموزش مجازی می توانند موثر باشد.
بحث و نتيجهگيري: آموزش مجازی به صورت فنی، برای برقراری شرایط نرمال در شرایط بحران کارا است؛ به شرط آنکه مناسبات و پایه های لازمه آن را فراهم شود. در شرایط غیر اضطراری، بهتر است شیوه آموزش مجازی با رویکرد آموزش سنتی به صورت ترکیبی مورد استفاده و بهره برداری قرار گیرد تا هم معلمان و هم دانش آموزان از مزیت های آن منتفع شوند.
Background: This research carried out with the aim of evaluating teachers' views and experiences of the quality of teaching and learning in a virtual way during the Corona period.
Methods: In this review study, first, the articles related to the previous researches (20 observational articles related to the topic) regarding the position under investigation from six national and international databases including: Google Scholar, SID, Magiran, Pubmed, ISI, Scopus from They were mined from the beginning of 2020 to the second half of 2023.
Results: Components such as 1: familiarizing teachers and students with how to use technology; 2: support of planners, managers and educational officials and parents; 3: preparation for two-way reception of teachers and students; 4: Developing an efficient and practical instruction in educational centers; 5: Using virtual education alongside the traditional education approach; 6: Predicting the design of coherent and effective infrastructures and 7: Reducing mental and psychological effects can be effective in promoting virtual education.
Discussion: According to all the evidence, it can be stated that virtual education is technically suitable for establishing normal conditions in crisis conditions; Provided that we provide the necessary relationships and foundations for it.
