چکیده مقاله :
عوامل اجرایی در ساختار پروژه ها توجه ویژه ای به مقوله مدیریت بهینه پروژه دارند و در این راستا هر کدام به نوبه خود می کوشند از تأخیر زمانی در مراحل مختلف اجرایی بکاهند تا در کوتاه ترین زمان ممکن، حداکثر بهره وری را از انجام کار کسب نمایند. لذا اهمیت توجه به مقوله مدیریت پروژه و آسیب شناسی پیش آمد تأخیر که هزینه های هنگفتی تحمیلمی کند دو چندان می شود. در نوشتار حاضر با هدف ارائه پیشنهادهای عملی به منظور بهبود عملکرد زمانی و افزایش بهره وری از طریق بهبود مدیریت منابع، همچنین بررسی آیتم های تحقیق به صورت طبقه بندی شده در بخش های مختلف اجرایی پروژه، به روش توزیع پرسشنامه، داده های لازم از جامعه آماری استخراج و برای تحلیل این داده ها از آزمون T استفاده شده و در اولویت بندی متغیرهای شناسایی شده نیز با اعمال روش های AHP و ANP و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای اکسپرت چویز و سوپر دسیژن، یازده مورد از بیشترین عوامل تأثیرگذار در تأخیر زمانی پروژه ها شناسایی شدند که با توجه به نتیجه آزمون ها، بروز تأخیر زمانی ناشی از عدم تأمین بودجه کافی برای طرح در زمان مناسب در اولویت اول قرار گرفته است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The executives in the structure optimization projects have special attention to the acceptability of the project. And in this regard, each of one, in turn, try to reduce delay in various stages of implementation in order to gain the maximum efficiency of their business in the shortest possible time. That’s why the importance of attention to project management and pathology that imposes huge costs will be double. In this respect, this research has been conducted to put forward practical suggestions to improve the timed performance and to boost the efficiency via improving resource management. In order to investigate the research items, a questionnaire was implemented and the obtained data were analyzed through T-test. To rank the identified variables, the researcher used AHP and ANP methods and made use of Expert Choice and Super Decisions software as well. The most eleven influential items in the time delay were identified and with regards to the results of the study, the lack of budget in the specific needed time interval was on priority.
