چکیدهیکی از پراهمیت ترین شاخص‌های مورد نظر در استاندارد شهری توجه به شاخصه کالبدی و اجتماعی می باشد که از مهمترین عوامل در تبیین این شاخص ها توجه به اصول استاندارد پیاده مداری در پیاده راه های شهرها می باشد. از همین رو ، در این پژوهش به بررسی وضعیت معیارهای قابلیت پیاده مداری در محله شمس آباد شهر ملایر پرداخته شده است. شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت پرسشنامه بوده و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با توجه به روش همبستگی دو متغیر و دو معیاره پیرسون انجام گرفته است. یافته های تحقیق بیانگر آنست که محله شمس آباد ملایر از نظر منظر ، کیفیت محیطی و پایین بودن استاندارد های کالبدی مشکلات عدیده ای را ایجاد نموده است. در این راستا می‌توان گفت مهم‌ترین مساله برای بهبود وضعیت فعلی و نزدیک‌تر کردن شرایط محدوده محله شمس آباد شهر ملایر به یک محور پیاده‌ مدار استاندارد، ایجاد کاربری‌های فعال 24 ساعته به همراه فضاسازی در داخل این مسیر می‌باشد. همچنین توجه به همه شمول بودن مسیر یعنی قرار دادن امکانات دسترسی برای معلولین، کودکان، زنان و ... نیز بایستی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.کلمات کلیدی: پیاده مداری، استاندارد های شهری، شاخص اجتماعی، شهر ملایر پرونده مقاله

تاب‌آوری امروزه یکی از دغدغه‌های مهم شهرها بالأخص شهرهای مخاطره آفرین است. ضعف مدیریت بحران شهری در مواجهه با مخاطرات سبب ایجاد خسارات جانی و مالی فراوانی می‌شود. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی تاب‌آوری شهری در برابر مخاطره سیلاب در شهر خرم‌آباد تدوین‌شده است. تحقيق حاضر برحسب هدف، كاربردي و برحسب نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی-تحلیلی مي‌باشد و ازلحاظ نحوه اجرا، از نوع پيمایشی و برحسب روش تحقیق از نوع کمی می‌باشد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SMART PLS استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش در قالب نرم‌افزار Smart Pls مورد تائید انجام گرفت و نتایج نشان داد که از شاخص‌های تاب‌آوری سیلاب در خرم‌رود شهر خرم‌آباد شاخص ساختار شریان‌های ارتباطی و حریم رودخانه از عوامل اساسی در تاب‌آور‌سازی خرم‌رود در مواجهه با بحران سیلاب است. علت اصلی وقوع سیل در رودخانه خرم‌رود تجاوز به حریم رودخانه و بی‌حرمتی به طبیعت و محیط‌زیست است. پس نتیجه می‌گیریم تا زمانی که منابع طبیعی در کشورمان مورد دست‌اندازی و تجاوز قرار گیرند و خود را در برابر بلایای طبیعی مجهز و ایمن نسازیم، باید در انتظار چنین فجایع تلخی باشیم. پرونده مقاله
